B.MAS User Guide

This is a simple guide that assist you to get started with B.MAS. The guide will show you what information to expect in each page in the system. We recommend that you peruse the system alongside this guide to understand it better. Welcome to B.MAS.

Clients Management

Client Information

PROFILE: Manage your client’s bio information eg Names, contacts

NOTES: Manage additional information about your clients through notes.

Client Communication

MEMOS: Send and Manage clients’ memos. You can email all clients on one click. Best  for announcements.

EMAILS: Send and Manage client’s emails. You can send a mail to each client on one click

SMS: Send and Manage client’s SMSes. You can send an SMS to each client or to all the clients in one click.

Client Operations

QUOTING: Generate new quotations and manage previous ones. Also send quotation through email and/or send request for update via SMS

INVOICING: Generate invoices and delivery notes and manage the previous ones. Also send invoice via email and notify SMS. The system also reminds the client on invoice payment via email and SMS.

RECEIPTING: Generate receipts upon payment. Also send the receipt via email and notify via SMS

STATEMENT: View and send the client’s statement via Email and SMS

REPORTS: Find the following reports: Active Client list, Inactive Client List, Sales by Dates, Sales by Staff, Sales by Product, Invoices Due etc

Suppliers Management

Supplier Information

PROFILE: Manage your supplier’s bio information eg Names, contacts

NOTES: Manage additional information about your suppliers through notes.

Supplier Communication

Supplier Operations

ORDERING: Generate new purchase order and manage previous ones. Also send purchase order through email and/or send request for update via SMS

DELIVERY: Record purchase deliveries and manage the previous ones. Also send delivery confirmation via email and notify SMS.

PAYMENT: Generate and send a promissory note via Email and/or SMS.

Record purchases payment you have made to the supplier.

STATEMENT: View and send the supplier’s statement via Email and SMS

REPORTS: Find the following reports: Suppliers list, Purchases by Dates, Purchase by Product, Stock Reports etc

View and Pay salary arrears. Pay salary advance and view previous advances.

Record variable allowances (meeting, traveling etc) and view the previous records.

LEAVE: Approve leave and view previous leave approvals. Sent approval via Email and/or SMS

APPRAISALS: Appraise staff performance. View previous appraisal records.

REPORTS: Find the following reports: Staff list, Sales by Staff, Expenses by Staff, Payroll Records etc
